Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Vouchers are available to order online and can be posted or collected from the restaurant during normal opening hours.

Vouchers are valid for dine-in use only at The Copperstone.

Each voucher must be used in full during a single visit. No remaining balance can be carried over.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.

Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment (physical copy required).

Lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Vouchers cannot be refunded once purchased.

Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, set menu, or promotion.

The Copperstone reserves the right to refuse vouchers that appear altered or tampered with.
